My Role(s): Designer, Lead Artist, Concept Artist.
About This Project: A GameMaker project designed during the 2012 Global Game Jam under the theme of an image of an ouroborus. Taking the concept of that symbol representing "infinity" or an unending cycle, I applied the notion to the Norse mythology idea of ragnarok and used that concept as an intended timer within the game (with the cycle starting over if it runs out).
My team and I came up with a partially top-down 2D game design that involved the titular character making his way through the 3 levels, using a rock-paper-scissors mechanic behind the spray bottle weapon and leaving the mop as the default generic weapon. The spray bottle mechanic was designed but was never implemented due to time.
Beyond contributions to the overall design, I was the concept artist for the characters and produced all the character sprites (except for the yellow mini-boss).
